We offer delivery services for a variety of products, including hotel food items, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, meat (chicken, mutton, fish, beef), groceries, snacks, local parcel services, and medicines. 1. Our Services

• Our delivery services are available from 7 AM to 10 PM every day.
• We aim to deliver all orders within 1 hour from the time of confirmation.
• For medicines, customers must call to confirm the order after uploading a valid doctor’s prescription.

2. Categories of Services

• Food Items: Hotel food, snacks, and groceries.
• Fresh Produce: Fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat (chicken, mutton, fish, beef).
• Parcel Services: We deliver local parcels such as documents, food items, household items, and clothes.
• Medicines: Prescription-required orders. Please upload your doctor's prescription and confirm the order via phone call.
• Auto Services (Coming Soon): Local auto pickup and drop services.

3. Order & Delivery

• Delivery will be made within 1 hour after confirmation for most products.
• For medicines, please ensure you upload a valid prescription and confirm via phone.
• Orders can be placed through our web app at instafresh.app.

4. Customer Information

To process your order, we collect basic delivery information, such as:

• Name
• Contact Number
• Email Address
• Delivery Address (including landmark and pincode)

These details help us deliver your order quickly and accurately.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be changed or canceled.

6. Data Privacy

We collect your personal information (name, contact number, email, address, etc.) to fulfill your order and ensure smooth delivery. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

7. Payments

Payments can be made online or in cash upon delivery.

8. Disclaimer

Instafresh is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or unexpected events.
